Who we are

L&L Programming LLC provides Spellharvest. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or contact us. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Spellharvest stores your game saves on your device. It also uses Google AdMob for advertising, Apple's Game Center for achievements and leaderboards, and Apple's App Store for purchases. Those services process information as described below.

Game saves and preferences

Your three save slots contain progress such as your character, inventory, equipment, spells, statistics, and story discoveries. The app stores these files on your device, along with settings such as audio and haptic preferences and the time an automatic ad was last shown.

Spellharvest does not upload these save files to an L&L Programming server and does not require an L&L Programming account. Device backups may include app data, depending on your Apple device and backup settings. Game Center submissions are separate from your local save files.

Advertising and privacy choices

Spellharvest uses Google AdMob to display automatic and optional rewarded ads. Google's advertising SDK may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or app identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, ads displayed, and interactions with the app or ads. These are used to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, and improve the advertising service.

Advertising identifiers are subject to device permissions. The information used and ads served depend on your choices, device settings, and applicable requirements. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing.

On supported Apple devices, Spellharvest asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before starting advertising when your tracking choice has not yet been made. Allowing tracking lets advertising partners use the device's advertising identifier to personalize ads and measure their effectiveness, subject to your other consent choices. If you decline or tracking is restricted, you can still play; the app requests non-personalized ads only when Google's consent system permits advertising. You can change tracking permission in your device's Settings. Verified Remove All Ads owners skip advertising and its startup permission prompts.

Google's User Messaging Platform manages consent messages and privacy choices where required. When available, open Character → Settings → Privacy Choices to review or change your advertising preferences. The app checks Google's consent status before requesting ads. You can also review privacy permissions in your device's Settings.

Purchasing Remove All Ads disables automatic and rewarded ads once the app verifies the purchase. This does not delete information already processed by advertising services.

Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, Spellharvest uses your Game Center player identifier and display name and sends achievement progress and leaderboard scores to Apple. Your Game Center profile and scores may be visible to other players according to Apple's features and your settings. You can manage Game Center or sign out through your device's Settings.

Game Center does not synchronize your Spellharvest save slots. Resetting local progress does not erase achievements or leaderboard records already sent to Apple. Apple's handling of Game Center information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Apple processes payments for Remove All Ads. Spellharvest uses Apple's StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to verify, restore, and maintain your purchase. The app does not receive your payment card details. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies; deleting a save or removing the app does not cancel or delete those records.

Contacting us and sharing information

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot issues, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. Our email service provider processes these messages to deliver and store correspondence.

The Apple and Google services described above receive information to provide their features. We may also disclose information we hold when legally required, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect rights and security. This policy covers Spellharvest; external websites and services have their own privacy notices.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local progress remains until you reset or delete a save, or delete the app and its data. Use Character → Save Data → Restart Save Slot to erase the active slot's progress, or delete a slot from the save selection screen. Other slots remain unchanged. Offloading the app may preserve its data, and backups are managed separately through your device or backup service.

We retain support emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond and resolve issues. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will delete them unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute. Apple and Google determine retention for information held by their services; use their privacy controls or contact them for requests relating to those records.

We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Contact us to exercise rights relating to information we hold. We may need to verify your request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Use the advertising choices and Apple controls described above for information processed by those services. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable privacy protections.

Children's privacy

Spellharvest is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children.

Parents and guardians should review the game's App Store age rating and their device's parental controls, including Game Center and purchase restrictions. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us that should not have been collected, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and address it, including deletion where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game or its data practices change. The current policy will be available on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
